Here for 4 hours. Moved furniture; polished legs and feet of furniture; cleaned baseboards, inside china cabinets; triple cleaned floors (sweep/mop/sweep).

Stacy and her crew were fantastic! Stacy, the owner takes a personal interest in each job.They got into every nook and cranny with Q-Tips and tooth brushes where necessary. They unscrewed light fixtures and pulled out appliances. Cleaned door jams and baseboards. No stone unturned. My crew was Tiffany & James. They did a phenomenal job. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a comprehensive cleaning. job.

The work went well and they told me they took a little extra time to acquaint themselves with the job and to be careful not to break anything. They were respectful and asked if there was anything special I needed them to do and were willing to do what was requested in a pleasant manner.

The price changed after the service was done. The last two cleaning cost $50 and they were fine. The latest was $100 and they didn't let me know in advance nor did I approve the extra time. I feel like I am being taken.

"I'm sorry that you feel that you were "taken" and I'm frankly surprised since you overpaid on our first visit and I notified you immediately. Prior to providing the above mentioned service, in my text message to you, I specifically stated, "It's $50 an hour. Two people clean at the same time. They're very fast but it's hard for me to give an estimate on time because James [my employee] said you were having some work done." You responded by providing me with your code which I took as a "go ahead." The construction workers had sanded your wall which put construction dust all over your apartment. My crew cleaned the entire apartment as well as under the furniture. Most people know that a post-construction cleaning will take longer than a regular basic cleaning and I thought I was clear in explaining that. Additionally, I have not received payment for these services which were rendered in February. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions."

what an amazing experience. Stacie is very professional and really good at what she does. After the first several times Stacie came to clean our house we were comfortable enough to leave her a key to the front door and run our errands. You can expect a really clean house every time. We would highly recommend her to anyone who needs any cleaning services.
