RENTERS PARADISE REALTY INC

This company operates in a manner that is highly unethical, immoral, illegal, and unscrupulous. We hired them several years ago to manage our properties. In the early years, we did not have reason to believe that they were stealing from us (at least as of yet we have not uncovered issues). However, within the past few years, the owner/agent Francis Jacob has engaged in a number of fraudulent and unethical activities, namely, producing false reciepts, charging for repairs that were never made, being verbally abusive and threatening to tenants, and allowing problems on the property to festor so much that they violate city codes. In recent incidents, Mr. Jacob became extremely rude and agitated when questioned about his business practices by property owners and tenants. This is possibly the worst Rental/Property Management company in the South Florida area. I am almost certain that lawsuits against this company are pending. I joined Angies List to help me find someone reliable to replace him. We'll see how that goes.
