In the less than three months that Regatta has been managing our building, the only thing impressive about their service has been the lack of it. A sampling: I've sent emails regarding the below and received no response whatsoever, even to acknowledge receipt: -- Medco key policy and ability to get copies -- Lost keys -- Inquiry to confirm whether my understanding of a financial issue was correct and whether I should mail in a certain amount At another time, another resident tampered with our private property and though Regatta said they would follow up with me to look at security camera footage, they never did. When I asked why three weeks later, they said they didn't think they needed to because the property was later found moved to another location. I pointed out that it didn't change the fact that our property was tampered with and we had a right to know who did it. That last exchange occurred five days ago and I still have yet to hear any response or follow up. Now Regatta has lost a payment from me and are threatening late fees. I told them that my bank statement showed that the check was delivered 20 days ago. Regatta responded that they never received it. My bank has officially confirmed with me that the check was cashed 18 days ago and was endorsed with our association's business stamp, which Regatta possesses. The matter is still pending. There are other issues I could list but you get the idea. If this is what I've encountered in under three months of somewhat routine issues, I wonder what would happen if anyone needed Regatta to do anything unusual or urgent. My advice is to steer clear.
