Excellent!!!!

Patricia- Is amazing at cleaning our condo- by far the BEST is south florida. She comes once a month I trust her in my home, and around my belongings. She is always on time and when me & my girlfriend come home and smell how clean and neat our place is it's because of Patricia. I totally recommend her in cleaning your condo or home.

Patricia Lopez is amazing! I have been looking for someone as awesome as she is to clean my place.

Patricia was very responsive and nice enough to fit me in on a very short notice. She's very personable and I was comfortable with her immediately and left her by herself to complete the job. She cleaned the house very well, and I was very satisfied with the service. I plan on having her over again, and recommending her to friends and neighbors.

There just are not enough good things I can say about Patricia!
 Unfortunately we are leaving Miami .. I just wish I could put Patricia in my pocket and fly her to my new location!  After YEARS of cleaning people I have NEVER found anyone more .. hmm what?  Careful, clean, dedicated, perfectionist, all seeing .. I hardly know what to say.
Just let me say this .. I came down with a weird lung disease that REQUIRES absolute cleanliness in my surroundings.  I explained this to Patricia .. this woman cleans EVERY surface in my home!  In essences .. any surface where dust can
settle or people can touch .. this woman cleans!  That is a LOT of surfaces!  She is an absolute jewel! 
If you are lucky enough for her to fit you into her schedule .. you will indeed be blessed!  I will miss her terribly .. not just her
fantastic ability to see what needs to be done .. and then do it .. but also for her caring and cheerful personality. 
As I said .. what a jewel.  Grab her while/when you can .. or wait for her till she can schedule you!
 

All I can say is that Patricia is a real treasure! I was positive there was no way I could find someone as fastidious, detail oriented and takes as much pride in her work as my person at my summer home whose philosophy is "I clean everything my clients touches .. or dust settles!" Well I was wrong! Patricia is that plus! I need "deep cleaning" because of a medical issue around dust .. PLUS because I like clean and tidy! To me "deep clean" means EVERY surface of the home is cleaned or dusted .. no small work effort on her part!

It was so nice of her .. Patricia made the effort to arrive on a Sunday so that we could deep clean all the cupboards after an absence of 6 months so we could start unpacking .. it was so helpful!

I am writing this review based on Patricia promising me she would ALWAYS find time in her busy schedule for us no matter what! I also wanted to say I hired her based on the previous review dated September 12, 2013 from someone Patricia had cleaned for for 6 years. ("She is professional, reliable, punctual, flexible, respectful, smart, independent and trustworthy. She is speaks Spanish (first language) and communicates in English very well. She is the most detailed, consistent cleaner that I've ever come across (and I am very picky.") This reviewer did not exaggerate! Anyone who she chooses to work for is going to be one lucky employer! My previous person at home was with me for 24 years .. I can just hope Patricia stick with us as long as my husband and I are around!

Patricia has been cleaning for me weekly for SIX years now. I actually prefer not to write this review because, honestly, I don't want to share her; but it appears she has an opening now so I thought I'd give her a recommendation. It is my honor.
Patricia is by far the best house cleaner that I've ever hired (and I've had plenty in my lifetime with two homes in different states). She is professional, reliable, punctual, flexible, respectful, smart, independent and trustworthy. She is speaks spanish (first language) and communicates in english very well. She is the most detailed, consistent cleaner that I've ever come across (and I am very picky). Since the first day, I've not had to remind Patricia to do anything. She goes far and beyond of what is expected. She sees things I don't, anticipates things way before me, and volunteers to do more than is required of her. Patricia also cleans weekly for my 89yo mom, which has different needs. My mom trusts no one more than Patricia. Without any hesitation, I recommend Patricia Lopez for house cleaning.

All in all very professional and very personable. We could not be happier. Patricia is very detailed oriented and will not be satisfied with average. We definitely appreciated her services and will contact her again. Finding someone who has this much pride in what they do is hard to come across, specially in this city. She's a keeper!

I can't say enough nice things about Patricia. In addition to cleaning the house well, she is very pleasant, warm, and caring. She is also extremely honest. I can trust her with anything. And she is very sweet to my cat! Definitely the best housekeeper I've had in the 8 years I've lived in Miami. She's great!!

She is a little on the high side, but she is on time and totally trust worthy. She is contentious, She lets me know when I need new cleaning supplies. She will purchase them sometimes for me when I give her money. She has a lot of self respect and it come through in her work. I would recommend her.

She is excellent, very professional. My house is spotless when she is finished. She is always on time and will let me know if she is ever going to be late. Her husband is a handyman and helps out if we ever need anything.

Patricia is very professional. She comes in advance for a review of the area to be cleaned, presents you with an estimate and then sets and date/time. She is very punctual and diligent. She puts on her headphones and gets down to it, not stopping until she's finished. I highly recommend Patricia.

Patricia is amazing, but I must say that is an understatement. After hiring a professional service twice, and not being completely satisfied, I decided instead that I wanted one person (preferably a woman) who cleans other residences during the week; experienced, intelligent, independent, definitely more detailed, and could possibly have room to fit me in her weekly schedule. After interviewing one other contact on Angie's List and determining that she would not be the right fit, I asked her if she knew someone else. And she did. She gave me Patricia's name and phone number. I called Patricia--interview went well, and I decided to try her. As soon as she walked in and started cleaning, I knew she was the right one. She was smart, detailed, careful with all my things, asked all the right questions, and in fact recommended a true and tested cleaning product. We got along really great, and now she cleans for me every week. She is perfect for my needs and I recommend her to anyone.
