Later, the technician take permission for remote desktop to my computer which is connected to my printer. as i permitted he download some drivers from internet and install it to computer. later he run a basic troubleshooting to my computer and ask me to re-start it. I followed the same. again i tried to connect all my devices and eventually, i have successfully established the connection.
