I really like getting my oil change here because they are great. They have great rapport with me and I have been using the same service man since the time I purchased my first car with them over seven years ago. I feel like they give me a good deal on my oil changes, even if I don't have a coupon they will help me on the price. Mark Collins, the Sales Manager is very honest and professional. If I ever need to leave the car over night, they provide a replacement car and get it over to me in less than an hour. The whole operation is a well run, class-A operation and it is always a great experience to go in there. They really know what service is about!
As a side note, when I purchased the car I felt that I got the best price I could get for a Cadillac, a better price even than Costco's car discount program.

Cadillac and Chevy are basically the same so I go to Cadillac for service. I don't like the Chevy place. For price I would give them a B. I'm sure the prices are high but I'm getting a quality of service that I can't get anywhere else in Miami. The only other place I would take my car is in West Palm Beach and that's a long drive for me.
