+ -1 morePricing was very good, quality of workmanship was good to excellent. Did well getting along with the people in the building, clean and presentable. However, this was a 3-6 month job at most and it took him 18 months to finish. I probably would not use him again as the aggravation factor for the time period was not worth the emotional expense.
Description of Work: Renovated my 1020 sq ft condo in Miami Beach. Total gut, removed walls, laid tile floor, redid two washrooms, new upscale kitchen, walk in closets, painted apartment, trim finishes for rooms and baseboards, waste removal etc.
