There must have been a misunderstanding you asked me to contact you 8:00am that morning because you would be in a meeting and it would be late when you finish to talk to confirm the appointment. You never gave me an address and I called you 3 times that morning no answer and you did not call me to confirm anything. I hope we can resolve this and again I called you today no answer"
This morning she called to confirm that today was still good for me and she was very much on time.
She asked questions, gave me suggestions and was thoughtful in her approach.
