The framing/plastering was great. The painting was awful. Company reps were unreliable and lied to me. I was told the foreman ran off to Poland with my house keys within two days of starting. The painter had no experience. I was told that the painter had been fired; 5 mins after being told this, he showed up at my door (i.e., he hadn't been fired). Job estimated at 2 wks; took 5 wks. Even after repeated requests, little effort made to protect other surfaces from paint splatters. Paint got on my bedding, on handles and hinges, on new hardwood floors, on brick, on skylights. They mistakenly disconnected an electrical circuit, leaving me in the dark for a night & causing the central AC system to leak gallons of water (its pump was on the circuit in question) into my downstairs neighbors' condo. The main company representative never showed up after the first day. The foreman rarely showed up and then complained that I only called him when I had complaints. Workers drank on the job.
