My partner got a job at a Miami hospital, and we had to find a home in the area on short notice.  We were coming from Indiana and had no contacts in the area.  Laura had a couple positive reviews on angie's list so we sent her an email. She responded quickly and to agree with another reviewer, she was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. 
Buying a home is stressful, especially when you're doing it from another state.  Laura was completely helpful throughout the process.  She explained the market conditions, suggested appropriate neighborhoods, helped us form a list of available properties, and maximized the little time we had when we were in town.  I feel she helped us find the best houses from what was available. After our offer was accepted,  we did the inspection, appraisal, and other home-buying stuff remotely.  Laura acted as our liaison and was there for everything.  We both feel that she always had our best interest in mind, which really put us at ease.  As someone moving from out of town, I'm pleased with all of the referrals she gave us.  After we moved in she introduced us to a neighbor she knew in the area, and even helped us translate with a contractor.
I couldn't speak more highly of the service.  We're happy with our new home and when we move there will be no need to shop around for an agent.  We will go straight to Laura.

Laura stands out as a true professional. From start to finish, she is 100% responsive and does a truly excellent job. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and I will use her for all real estate transactions that I have in the future. Excellent agent all the way around.

Years ago Laura found me tenants while I was renting my home. I told her if I ever sold it that she would be the first one I'd call. I am so glad I did. I met with Laura about selling my home in Jan. '09. She came on time, with a complete market assessment of my home. Her level of detail is extraordinary. I wasn't ready to sell but then in June of '09 decided to go for it. I felt like I was on an episode of HGTV. We talked about what I would needed to do to get the house ready for sale and max. my price. Painting, landscaping and a few extra items all of which Laura prioritized to max $. We listed the house on Labor Day. Laura's team came and took professional images of my home and they were beautiful. Although she joked with me that I had left a towel hanging on the fridge and it showed up in the picture. Her detail is amazing. She wanted my home to look the best. From there we started showing the house. Laura always arrived early to make sure that the home was in perfect showing condition (keep in mind I made a lot of effort as well). She updated me on every showing and she thoroughly communicated to me what was the best plan of action. When we had a buyer she gave me all my options. The one thing that I really love about Laura is that yes, she wants to sell my house, but she wanted to make the best deal for me and not for herself. I find this to be extremely rare in real estate. No pressure just what was best for me. As we moved into closing Laura has been terrific. We had some issues with open permits and while I was at the town hall...she was already on the phone trying to find out what needed to be done! Amazing. Laura's honesty, straightforwardness, market expertise and integrity make her a great partner when selling home. I can not recommend her enough.
