Description of Work: REALTOR ADVISE, IM WORKING WITH KAREN KLORES SHE IS AN EXCELLENT REAL ESTATE AGENT. SHE HAS BEEN VERY THOROUGH AND CLEAR SINCE THE BEGINNING , IF YOU ARE HUNTING FOR HOMES SHE IS VERY GOOD AT SEARCHING HOMES, I GET A LIST OF HOMES DAILY, SHE KNOWS THE GOOD PLACES TO FIND HOMES. I OWE TO HER A REFFERAL BECAUSE AGENTS LIKE HER AND HER ETHICS SHOULD BE PROMOTED.

 + -1 moreDanell Van Orden is the best realtor with whom I have ever worked. She is knowledgeable, professional and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. Danell has handled every real estate transaction I have conducted in the last 15 years and I would not even consider using anyone else. I highly recommend Danell. If you are looking for a realtor in South Florida, you need to at least meet with Danell first before hiring anyone else.
Description of Work: Danell Van Orden from The Keyes Company found me a new tenant for a condo I was renting out on Miami Beach. Danell not only got me top dollar for my unit, but as I live out of town, coordinated everything from handi men, painters & a cleaning crew to get the unit ready more move-in. She was there every step of the way. I couldn't have done it without her.
