+ -1 moreI has been a nightmare. After three months of having the boat at a marina, that cost us around $5.000.00 on top of what we paid her, she returned the boat filthy and in terrible shape, saying that she won't finish the work we paid for. We will have to: 1.-Hire somebody to do the deck and sand and varnish all the exterior wood that she painted instead of varnishing. 2.- Make the frames for the windows, buy the glass and hire somebody to install them as well as the ports 3.- Hire somebody to sand and varnish all the interior wood. 4.- Hire somebody to paint the inside of the boat. 5.- Change the wall paper in the head since she left dirty hands marked in it and spots everywhere. 6.- Clean the mattress, clean and repaint all the cabinets, can send you pictures and all checks paid as well as the contract. 7.- Replace the interior wood they damaged on the v-birth. Boat inside looks worst than it was when she began working.
Description of Work: The work performed: 1.- Bottom paint after she did it we have a survey and this item was listed as fair by the surveyor. 2.- Hull paint. 3.- Install 4 ports that we bought. 4.- Install new thru hull fittings. 5.- Install new shaft seal stuffing box, clean and install prop and realign drive shaft. The work that SHOULD be performed: 1.-Replace all windows and ports, changing aluminum frames and acrylic windows. 2.-Bottom paint. 3.-Repair, Paint and put non skid in designated areas on the deck. 4.- Construct corridor and master room floor. 5.-Repair and paint master & galley wood floors. 6.-Paint the inside of the boat. 7.- Varnish wood. 8.- Install new thru hull fittings. 9.- Install new shaft seal stuffing box clean and install prop and realign drive shaft. 10.- Replace Speaker that they damaged. 11.- Replace the interior wood that they cut while cutting the port holes.
