 + -1 moreWhen we first called, Jeff said he'd be there that afternoon but didn't show up. When we called the next day, he came when he said he would and apologized for not making it the day before. He fixed the repairable blind, but said he'd need to order the track for the second blind and would return ''Wednesday or Thursday.'' He asked for 50% of the cost of the second blinds repair on the first visit. When we didn't hear from him by Thursday, we called and asked when he was coming. He said he could come that afternoon and did arrive when he said and fixed the blind. He asked us to pay his $5 parking fees which we did.
Description of Work: We had broken vertical blinds. Jeff came and replaced bad parts on the blinds. One blind track was reparable, the other needed to have the track replaced, but the rest of the blinds parts could be salvaged. Jeff gave us estimates upfront of how much it would cost to repair, or to replace.
