I have used this auto shop many times before and every time, the front desk staff are very polite, look for discounts, offer a fair price, and always deliver on time. Plus, the quality of the mechanics' work is always top-notch. In a city where a lot of different retailers in different industries try to hussle you, these guys don't. They kept in contact with me on anything they found, told me if a repair could wait or should be done right away, how long parts acquisition would take, and how long the repairs would take. Plus, they keep all cars inside overnight so they're not broken into.

I didn't have the work done there. I took my car to another auto mechanic who was able to fix it cheaper. I would use them again for oil and tire replacements.
