Rodney was very professional and my tenants were very happy to work with him.  I had a punch list that had to be performed and he contacted my tenants and scheduled out the service rather quickly.  i will advise anyone to go with Rodney and his team.

The room renovation went extremely well. Then, there was a bigger job that was beyond their capacity. They had to sub-contract it through an outside company. That job went okay, but not quite as well, which makes the critique complicated. The outside vendor was relatively slow to begin the work. They weren't able to fully keep their promises about the starting time. Although they did an adequate job, they didn't do every single thing that was discussed verbally. Once they got going, they did the job, but they weren't as good as the Deco Maintenance people themselves, who did a very good job on the interior.

Everything went well, but the end cost was twice the original quote.

Rodney, the owner, gave us an estimate and scheduled the work. He closely oversaw the entire project, visiting every day. He made suggestions on how to cut costs and solve problems. The workers missed polishing a patch of the floors in the closets, and Rodney had them come out the next day to redo the work. The apartment looked great, they left everything clean and completed the work on time.
