Azure Property Management

Description of Work: The woman in charge of the Property Management side that I used was Adrienne and she was wonderful and even helped resolve prior problems with the Homeowners Association. They use their lease which you can alter if you need to. They have a monthly fee range for other services such as taking all calls from the renter (instead of you, which is a great idea, especially for evictions if necessary), etc. You don't have to take additional services. If your property needs work, they have great people at reasonable cost to do it for you and you always get photos and appraisals first. Most of their homes are high end, so if the house or apartment really needs work, they will insist on it before signing you and showing it. They also get very fast results. I would use them and plan on using them again and again. They were my best find in the real estate community for property management in Miami. I was never able to find a great renter before using them. They found (and only contacted me after background and credit checks were completed) a fantastic and fully qualified family within the first two weeks. You pay after the lease is signed and all the funds have cleared. Only then does the renter get the keys. This is a high-end, first rate agency and in my opinion, the best in Dade county. I did not know the people before using them and they were not first on my list. The Realtor first and second on my list could not get the Country Club of Miami Homeowners Association to answer their calls. Despite all the road blocks, Azure found the renter, did all the background checks and even got the agency from the renters side to release a large deposit for the property wile they got approval from our association. Amazing!
