We are a appliance servcie company. 1 employee & 2 part timers/subcontractors. Diagnostic service fee $20.00 to $25.00 for members & $30.00 & up for none members depending on the zipcode and will be substracted if job is accepted & if not the service fee have to be paid. All major appliance repairs/Maytag, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Kenmore, Roper, Ge and many more!

of course it happened on a Saturday.  Iwan Sastro answered his phone immediately.  was working in Broward but would get to me later in the day.  called me later and said he was on his way.  he found the problem, but didn't have the part.  we agreed he would buy the part on Monday and would meet me at my apartment Monday afternoon.  I called him when I got home from work, he bought the part (Yay!) and would be over as soon as he finished another job.  He came, he fixed my refrigerator, and was wonderful.  he even did another minor repair on a light switch that was faulty and didn't charge me.  He's a busy man, his phone rings a lot, but he gets the job done and is a very pleasant guy.  he even called the next day to see how it was working.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and to call him again, should I need more repairs.  a real quality guy.

First time he was supposed to come by at 11am. After several attempts of contacting him, he showed up at 5pm and couldn't do the work because he was missing a part! We paid $40 for the gas so he would come back the following day. The following day he canceled an hour after our scheduled appointment because his girlfriend was in the hospital. The third time he canceled 20 minutes earlier because he had to go to the hospital. Overall paid him $40, got the work canceled 3 times and still don't have an extractor!! NOT reliable or punctual.

"THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT AND I CAN PROVE IT. TO ME ,MAKING THINGS UP TO MAKE SOMEONE LOOK BAD IS WRONG . THIS CUSTOMER LIVES IN THE BROWARD AREA ( LIGHTHOUSE ) ,I DROVE FROM MIAMI BEACH TO SEE HOW I CAN HELP THEM ON A SUNDAY ! AND WHEN I GOT THERE A PART WAS MISSING TO INSTALL THAT EXHAUST SYSTEM ABOVE THER COOKTOP ,A PART WAS MISSING ,THEY ADMITTED TO HAVE MISPLACED OR LOST THIS PART AND STATING THAT THEY WILL CALL THE COMPANY WHERE THE EXHAUST SYSTEM WAS PURCHASED TO GET A NEW PART ! NOW SHE SAID HERE IN HER REVIEW THAT I WAS MISSING A PART !? THE AGREEMENT WE HAD TO COME BACK ,WAS AFTER SHE GOT THE NEW PART , AND NOT WHAT SHE SAID ME COMING BACK THE NEXT DAY ! SHE CANCELED HER APPOINTMENT, TEXTING ME DAYS AFTER MY FIRST VISIT TO TELL ME SHE GOT A NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM . THE DAY THE FINAL APPOINTMENT WAS MADE TO GO DO THE INSTALLATION ,I HAD AN FAMILY EMERGENCY TO BE AT THE HOSPITAL AND ASKED TO GO TO HER PLACE A LATER TIME THE SAME DAY,HER WORDS WAS NO MY HUSBAND WILL INSTALL THE SYSTEM. THIS CUSTOMER IS FORGETTTING THAT I HAVE HER TEXTINGS TO ME AND THAT I CAN PROVE HER WRONG REVIEW AND WRONG COMMENTS ! DONT MAKE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE YOU ARE A CUSTOMER !!"

Iwan was very professional and prompt. He ordered the service part and fixed my door. Additionally, he found out the source of the problem and also provided several suggestions how to use my Bosch dishwasher safely and effectively. I would highly recommend him.
