"THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT AND I CAN PROVE IT. TO ME ,MAKING THINGS UP TO MAKE SOMEONE LOOK BAD IS WRONG . THIS CUSTOMER LIVES IN THE BROWARD AREA ( LIGHTHOUSE ) ,I DROVE FROM MIAMI BEACH TO SEE HOW I CAN HELP THEM ON A SUNDAY ! AND WHEN I GOT THERE A PART WAS MISSING TO INSTALL THAT EXHAUST SYSTEM ABOVE THER COOKTOP ,A PART WAS MISSING ,THEY ADMITTED TO HAVE MISPLACED OR LOST THIS PART AND STATING THAT THEY WILL CALL THE COMPANY WHERE THE EXHAUST SYSTEM WAS PURCHASED TO GET A NEW PART ! NOW SHE SAID HERE IN HER REVIEW THAT I WAS MISSING A PART !? THE AGREEMENT WE HAD TO COME BACK ,WAS AFTER SHE GOT THE NEW PART , AND NOT WHAT SHE SAID ME COMING BACK THE NEXT DAY ! SHE CANCELED HER APPOINTMENT, TEXTING ME DAYS AFTER MY FIRST VISIT TO TELL ME SHE GOT A NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM . THE DAY THE FINAL APPOINTMENT WAS MADE TO GO DO THE INSTALLATION ,I HAD AN FAMILY EMERGENCY TO BE AT THE HOSPITAL AND ASKED TO GO TO HER PLACE A LATER TIME THE SAME DAY,HER WORDS WAS NO MY HUSBAND WILL INSTALL THE SYSTEM. THIS CUSTOMER IS FORGETTTING THAT I HAVE HER TEXTINGS TO ME AND THAT I CAN PROVE HER WRONG REVIEW AND WRONG COMMENTS ! DONT MAKE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE YOU ARE A CUSTOMER !!"
