Alan came on EXTREMELY short notice and disconnected the unit. He then came back at the end of the work day and connected it so we could have AC during the night. He returned the next morning and finished the work. While doing the work he also discovered a problem with the capacitor, which he fixed. He is very polite and respectful, as is his father-in-law assistant.

When we have minor things go wrong, and he has come out right away, and Very friendly and has very reasonable with the charges. He answers the phone most the time and tries to get here as quickly as possible!
