He charged me for things hid did not end up doing. He said he had to charge me for hanging someone out the window but did not actually hang out the window. He justified the cost by inventing something to keep from hanging out the window. He stated "You are paying for my innovation" which was a straw attached to the silicone can. He put in new rollers in the windows, some of them work fine and some don't. He ordered the wrong rollers and it took a long time to complete the job and was over charged even though the work done completely .
Description of Work: He worked on hurricane shutters by adding some silicone. Sliding glass door to my balcony and my windows.

The member purchased shutters and waited about 2 years with no response. She begged for help as the storm season approached. I quoted and did the work (using a 6 foot steel hook) to free shutters and closed them. She almost cried from happiness. Subsequently, another shutter company installed her new shutters and then complained about my over charge almost 2 years later. The member needs to lay off the veggies and have a nice day. Abbot Glass, 62 years of service, first complaint since 1945.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK ALL EXCEPT FOR ONE THING, THEY RETHREADED THE SCREENS INSTEAD OF GIVING US NEW SCREENS. I THINK THAT THEY COULD HAVE COMMUNICATED WITH US BETTER ON WHAT WE WANTED.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE SCREENS ON THREE WINDOWS IN OUR HOUSE.
