The cost included an upgrade from a small to an extra large bouquet. I viewed a sample image of the flower arrangement online and it was beautiful. They were great to deal with by phone, my call went to a call center. They verified all of my info and mailing info to make sure it was correct, also verified payment. It was a good experience and I would definitely call them again.
