I discovered mushrooms growing between the drywall and floors after removing tile baseboards. I was refered to James by a mold removal service. He came and did the mold test but also did an informal home inspecation for me. I told him of my situation and that i had a home inspection but my inspector never told me anything about water intrusion or mold. James walked the house to check for any structural issues and or any possible areas that water may still be comming into the home.
