Russ is amazing. Honest, extremely high quality, and extremely versatile. He did a wonderful job of replacing old accordion doors with custom doors and frames. I just keep a list of all the things I need done and then call to get on his schedule.

Excellently. Russ Wallace is extremely meticulous, keeps the customer apprised throughout the process, documents before/after camera shots, and is genuinely determined to please the customer.

We had used Mr. Wallace's services in the recent past;so when we needed more work done to prepare our home for sale, we contacted Mr. Wallace. If  you want your work done right the first we feel that Mr. Wallace is the person to call.  He is professional, honest, and very knowledgeable about his field.  My husband and I have used many contractors over the years, but I can honestly say that Mr. Wallace is the best we have encountered.  Although, we are selling home, we plan to continue to use Mr. Wallace's services for all of the service needs for our new home.

I can not  say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Wallace.  We wish we had found him, before we had work done by other contractors.   An example: we had been told by other contractors/handymen (who had given us an estimate) that one of our windows needed to be replaced., but Mr.Wallace was able show us that it has been installed incorrectly, and only needed insulation.   Mr. Wallace is honest and  transparent in his work.  He provides exemplary workmanship.  And, we plan to contact  him for any work that we done need in our home.

Russ was willing to help me correct and repair non-compliant (Florida Building Code) and inferior work performed by another contractor.  Most other contractors were not interested in this repair.  The prior work included installation of substandard materials (spruce instead of southern pine) for truss extensions and supports and all had to be removed and replaced.  Russ provided the expertise, advice, and skill needed to correct the work to code compliance and a proper shingle ready dry-in.  Excellent work!  I have a solid code compliant  roof and my project can continue.  Many thanks to Russ!
