Great! The crew came daily - on time & were pleasant. They let me know the status daily. It took 7 days to install due to all the closets and rooms involved. The rooms included den, living room, dining room, stairs, hallway, closets, 4 bedrooms. They cleaned up at the end of each day.

We had used this company to lay laminate floors in our house. While we were at the store picking out the laminate, we saw the vinyl flooring. After the house was finished we had them give us a quote for the vinyl to be installed in our screened Florida room which is open to the weather on two sides. The vinyl planking we ordered took about a month to get in because it's apparently very popular, but we're glad we waited. It's absolutely beautiful and the job was well done. We did find one scratched plank and they came right out the next day and replaced that one and one we hadn't even noticed. The vinyl and bonding agent make the floor not just water resistant, but actually water proof. We're very happy.

We bought the tile and had their installer lay it. It turned out beautifully. Very professional install job.. Prompt service. I believe it is a family business. Overall, good experience.

The Owner John Fassl, dealt with my spouse promising turnkey services. After depositing the check for material, essentially abandoned the whole transaction, ignoring phone calls, even avoiding us when returning to the store. Our money is lost. Beware we learned too late, check this guy's legal credentials before making the same mistake as us.

Tropical Floorz has gone above and beyond to help ,memberhas never been to Tropical Floorz.The member even issued a complaint to Florida Agraculture,which cleared us of any wrong doing.We have contacted the state attorneys office on this matter and were told this is undocumented information and there is not much we can do about this matter.Thousands of satisfied customers out weigh this one complaint!"
