General Remodeling
Installed hardwood flooring in a waterfront home. Did not waterproof cement slab as they said they would and still charged for it. Did not honor their warranty on the tile installation. Chased them around for over a year trying to get the call backs done and fix the jobs they said they would do and didn't. After a year the sales rep said the company went out of business and wouldn't be fixing anything. They apparently closed or renamed TKI Flooring but are still in business. Had to contract another company to tear up and reinstall all tile work. Wood floor was also replaced. Beware and avoid this company.
