TOBY JACKSON LANDSCAPING

It did not go well. I regret not having read the previous reviews how this company did not honor their commitments. After 3 face to face meetings with Misha, I received the plans (at a cost of $500 of which $250 was to go towards the installation). I immediately agreed with the plan and the installation was tentatively scheduled to begin within a week. The following day, I received a text from Misha stating that she underbid the project and the "drive was too far" and there "was no meat on the bones" ....and dropped the project. There was no discussion about shaving off some of the landscaping nor renegotiating a price. I was dropped like a hot potato with no follow-up call. AND she kept the entire $500 for a plan that only addressed one quarter of the backyard. Buyer beware.

Third time I've used this landscape business. Can say without hesitation that this family run company cares about, and takes pride in their work. Every step of the process went smoothly--including fun trips to the local nurseries to help in the planning. Furthermore, all members of the landscaping crew are courteous and friendly. How refreshing to deal with an honest, hardworking, "put the customer first" type ofbusiness.

The work that was performed was well done
However, we had agreed that she would maintain our yard every other month.
She promised to come in February
to trim our crape myrtle trees and other shrub that need early trimming.
When she failed to come in February
I called only to be told that she was too busy to do any trimming and/or maintenance .
She suggested I find someone else. The gentleman that came this week to trim told us
that it is now too late to trim the plants that should have been
done last month. We are very disappointed in her refusal to keep her commitments.

Toby and her crew had been working for the previous owner of our almost 3 acre beautifully landscaped property. The landscaping was immaculate, flowering and beautiful throughout the whole 3 acres. We kept her on to maintain the property.
Toby is extremely knowledgeable of plants, conscientious and efficient, always on time. Toby herself, works along with the crew maintaining the property on a regular basis and keeps it looking immaculate and well trimmed, doing seasonal trimming and makes suggestions when needed. Trees are trimmed, bushes trimmed, weeds pulled, flowers or bushes planted, makes helpful suggestions for plants that are not doing well due to age, season or just in the wrong place, replacing them if needed, she will treat plants that need help such as bugs or mildew problems. She has a large trailer to take away all debris collected, trimmings etc and will uses this trailer also to bring in large amounts of mulch or plants ., They have put down a full trailer load of mulch around trees, flower beds, house etc. The property will be clean, and beautiful when she leaves, all debri is taken away.
Toby keeps excellent contact with you, returns calls and runs a very efficient business. Her crew is always helpful, kind, happy and are wonderful people to work with. I am sure there is much I haven't included, but these are the things she has done for me and she is a pleasure to work with. I think one of the things that makes her business work so efficiently is that she shows up each time herself and discusses with you what things you would like done. No phone calls or emails to a boss out of sight. She is there working with her crew every time and always returns calls in a timely manner.

We called Toby for a review of the project we wanted done and asked for her suggestions and a bid. She called back in just a few days, obtained our approval, and the work began several days after that. As she got into the project a few more plants were needed which she suggested and we approved. The communication was excellent as was the work itself.

She's a fantastic landscaper. She's hard working and friendly. I have absolutely no complaints.
