Horrible experience they failed us on every level!!! Ordered wrong windows multiple times, 3 failed installs, unprofessional installers, extremely poor communication, failure to make it right and left our home in disarray. Seven week job turned into seven months. I’m still in shock at just how poorly they handled the job. Extremely frustrated and feel like we were violated. Regret hiring them and we now know many others have had the same bad experiences as us. Read the negative reviews. I wish I had we never would have used them. Total failure.

I thought they were very helpful, every thing they said they were going to do they did on time. Their follow through was great, because we had to do this over the phone they were extra helpful.

She went out of her way to help us, and was very patient with me.
She answered every question.
They price matched a different lower price, no questions asked.

The Home Depot are really good at explaining about the tools and how to use them and make recommendations on which tool you need for which project.

They are very good. The sub contractor they sent was very good. They have free installation and had good carpet.

They did a good job, but there were some communication problems. I do not have very much room for things to go outside by my home, and they left a lot of the carpet because they could not fit it in the van they were driving. It took them about 10 calls from me to get someone to come back out and pick it up. They also ended up having a sale on the same carpet right after I bought it, and they would not honor the sale price. They did, however, credit me about $100. The crew knew what they were doing and worked hard. They showed up on time, but it took longer than they said for the carpet to come in. I would not use them again in the future.
