TERESA LYNN HOME REPAIRS

Teresa called to notify me that they would be a 10 minutes late due to another job, which I found very professional.  She and Richard examined the bottom baseboard area in the carpeted guestroom closet because I had found periodic wetness along the border.  Although they could feel no dampness today, they measured the moisture, pulled up the carpet, and found that it was, indeed, damp.  They then tested along the baseboard of the entire area, determined where the moisture was, then went outside to find it.  
 The sprinkler system head is next to the house, and there were cracks between the concrete foundation and the stucco exterior.  Using a mirror to show me the holes from below,  I could see ants crawling in and out of those openings!  Teresa caulked this region, sealing it from both moisture and, hopefully, the ants. 
They cleaned the caulk from the exterior stucco, moved the storage chest from the closet along with other items, and will be back (at no charge) to replace those items for us.  Our neighbors had used their services in the past, and we, too, highly recommend them to others.
