I would recommend him. He is a great guy. I think his price is competitive. He is the only one, I would go back to do work for me.

He doubled my price and didn't fix my window. It could have been done as easy as simply putting a new window in. He could've done all the windows for that much money. Nice guy. He has done other things for me.

The work went very well. He was courteous, prompt and efficient and I was pleased with the preparation, painting and clean up. I use Steve Marks Construction for all the painting and unit modifications in this building.
