I decided to look elsewhere. they were not flexible in their Management agreement, and would make no changes to it. Fees charged are out of line with competition. I have always paid 50% for a new lease, no charge for monthly reports, and 10% monthly commission. Solutions wants 75%, $120 per year for monthly reports, and 10% commission.

I called On Friday and Jenn had me listing after listing till we narrowed it down! She was polite and really listened after I told her what I needed vs wanted!

Everything was handled professionally by Rachel and I was really happy with the results which were that I was able to break my lease and get part of my deposit back.
Description of Work: I had an issue with a landlord regarding mold and Rachel took care of everything. Rachel took care of the issues really quick with the landlord and knew all of the rules and regulations to help me get the situation handled.
