I called the company to get an estimate of the cost for cleaning. I was given the cost. I took the machine in. The clerk offered to bring it from my car. I signed a contract stating the amount, paid for the service and was given assurances that I would be called if parts needed to be ordered. I was called three days later saying my machine was ready. When I picked it up, there was a sample of the stitching output and my machine was put into my car. I used the machine immediately and it worked very well.
