We gave them a call. The owner, Kirk Schults, came out and gave us an estimate that was several thousand dollars less than the other estimates we had gotten, so, based on that and the neighbor's recommendation, we signed a contract.
The Seal Tight crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. It took them a little longer than expected, due to rainy weather, but they did an outstanding job! Kirk even threw in an extra ridge vent that was not part of the original estimate. The roof, when finished, was perfect. It's actually so good, it stands out from some of the other houses in the neighborhood with new roofs. In addition to laying the shingles perfectly, they painted all the vents so that they blend in. The roof is geometrically perfect!
I highly recommend Seal Tight for anyone who is looking for top quality work at a reasonable price.
