Terrible. Reliable Roofing replaced my roof and made a mistake that caused it to leak. They did not honor their 5 year warranty, claiming that it wasn't their fault. The house is a single building that is one story on one half and two stories on the other half. A hip roof from the one story portion butts against the wall of the second story portion. This creates a level valley where water pools, seeps under the shingles and drains into the house. The industry standard for dealing with this is to slightly elevate the center of this level valley so the water drains off the roof and not into the house. This procedure is called a "cricket." RR failed to do this, hence the leak. I have had two roofers and a carpenter come and independently diagnose the leak. All three stated that the leak is from this level valley and the treatment is to create a "cricket."

They did a fantastic work. They were everything you would hope to find in a professional roofing company. I highly recommend them to everyone that needs roofing repairs or replacement.

I first contacted the company and spoke with Todd (one of the owners) in order to get an estimate to replace the roof. He did the estimate promptly and actually told me (happily) that all I needed was a repair, not a whole roof replacement! From that moment I knew that he was an honest person and that I could trust him. Since Insurance was covering the whole replacement, we of course went with Todd and Reliable Roofing.  They are a local company and the owners are hands - on...right there up on the roof doing the job. They care about quality and have pride in their work....something that is hard to find in a company these days.  They are a busy company but told me their timeline, stuck to it and got the job done in a timely manner. We had some issues on our side, but Todd and his company were patient and understanding as we figured it all out. We highly recommend Reliable Roofing to any one looking to repair or replace a roof in the Space Coast area

I am very pleased to give this positive review. I had called them to assess my home situation. Not only did they assuage my fears about possible interior leak and quot;indicationsand quot;, but also checked the roof's surface - finding over 30 areas where the roofing nails were NOT placed under the overlapping shingle. Reliable Roofing men then sealed those 30+ nails to avoid possible seepage in the future. Very pleasant and genuine!! Will be calling THEM when it's time to re-roof.

Owner was prompt to my request for an estimate. They were booked until early May, called the last week of April and told me material would be delivered Tues and they would begin Wed. This worked fine except the rains began. They worked between the rains and were sure areas in process were sealed to prevent leakage.
The owners, Nick and Todd were always present. Except for rain delays, work was done in a professional manner. Work site was cleaned up every day, including stray nails.
The completed roof looks great. Very pleased with Reliable Roofing.

Nick is very professional, honest and timely! He quickly came to give us a quote and was never late to an appointment by far best roofer we have ever worked with!

Nick Minton provided an immediate estimate. He then scheduled the repair a few days later. The repair was done professionally with a five year warranty. I am very pleased with the speedy response.

Two owners did all the work, they only stopped for lunch.
