Lance came over and we explained what we needed done.  He gave us a price and we agreed.  He did come over first time on time initially looked over what we needed. He proceeded to tell us we needed a pan for the hot water heater and something on top. He fixed that and did the faucetts and sink. He also put two stoppers in kithcen sink and was to come back and fix leak under the sink, and all the other thing we needed.  And that was the end of Lance.  No return phone calls. We called several times and that was that. If he was that busy a courtesy call stating he was too busy would have been nice!!! He gave us a price to do the work and he said $430.00 and he asked for $300.00 down, which he recieved after the couple of hours he was there.   We gave him the benefit of the doubt and wasted a whole week with leaks waiting for him to call. He advertises customer satisfaction???? He does not know what that means apparently!!!!!  That is the end of Lance!!!!
Response from Pillar Plumbing LLC
"I have no invoice in my files for this person. However, to remove and reinstall a water heater is $190.00 and an expansion tank is $50.00 just for the tank. The total of this is $240. Two basket strainers installed on a sink is $115.00. The total cost for the work that you claim was done would have been $355.00 so if you paid $300 up front as you claim- then you owe Pillar Plumbing a balance of $55.00. Pillar Plumbing never takes money "up front". We only charge for work upon completion."

Lance did show up when scheduled the first time, did not show up when scheduled to complete the job (which also included dishwasher and refrigerator hook-up) and did not return my call.  Lance had to rush out for a "contractor's job" leaving the sink hanging precariously (not using proper installation techniques - mashing the drywall) and has not returned nor has he called to complete the job.  He had to be paid for half the job which was not completed and I was kind enough to help him out with a valve he needed for another job which he has not paid me for, as promised. I have already hired an installer for the appliances and have had move on and get the job completed by another plumber.
Response from Pillar Plumbing LLC
"In response to this claim. The customer's son was doing a remodel on her bathroom. Apparently, he did not know how to fix the waste arm in the wall. I re-piped the waste arm for $100.00. My company price for any waste arm starts at $150 and up. Pillar gave her a break on that work at $100.00. After the work was complete, her son told me that he would finish the job and that was the last I heard from this customer. Pillar Plumbing does not recieve any money unless work is completed."

Lance showed up right away, replaced the water heater with no problems. Installed a top of the line quality heater and  I recieved a new replacement drain pan for free.
