Day one he spent a couple of hours and prepped for the install, making cutout in the cabinets so the tile would go behind and not show and made wood trim change around the kitchen window to make the tile/window sill nicer looking.
He recommended a change in the grout color and it looked great. When more grout was needed, and the local store said they were out of stock, he got the correct grout that day!
I had purchased the wrong mastic and he had the correct item in his truck. There were no delays in the installation. He cleaned up the work site when complete. Overall, he did a great job. He also does custom mosaic tile work. I will use Moonlight Tile in the future as we continue to remodel.
