When I first contacted Don at waterfront and set up an appointment I had already had 2 previous estimates. Don was prompt and on time for our appointment. He was very professional and listened carefully to my wishes. They were very competitive on the prices and in most cases were a better bargain for your buck. I live in an HOA neighborhood and had to contact them numerous times for different demands from the HOA for additional information. Donna in the office was very receptive and promptly responded to my requests. They informed me that getting required permits was running about 3 weeks. Be very patient because it took every bit of it as 5 permits were required. Once the permits were received they began work the very next week. I have worked with numerous contractors and crews and have to say I was genuinely impressed with the crews that were sent out. I want to give a shout out to the three that were on the job every day (which starts around 8am). Mark, Dave, and Eric, were on time every day and were very knowledgeable. They began with a plan and followed it to the letter. The first few days they had multiple crews working and were able to complete the seawall and dock in 6 days. Mark and Dave came out on a Saturday to finish the work. The next week was the backfill to grade and sod the disturbed areas. Everyone they sent were polite, courteous, and knew their job well. All crews worked extremely well together. They were cautious with my property as it was their own. The entire job took about 2 weeks as they had told me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a premier company with professionalism and integrity. They are a class A company that does an outstanding job. We have had numerous compliment's from our neighbors and some are adding the same work to their bucket list of things to do. I have recommended to them to look to Waterfront solutions for their work. They were there most every day until the job was done. The quality of the workmanship was good, they went out of their way to satisfy me. They re-poured the cap on the seawall when it didn't match up with my existing one, without being asked. (The previous homeowner had put new seawall up to both sides of existing old dock, so I only needed the middle part of the seawall replaced.) They did have to notch out two spots on my dock to give the lift clearance. Ten years after installation at this point and the dock has a slight seaward lean to it as I have to pull on one of the lift cables opposite side from the notches to get clearance for the lift bunkers to pass the dock when the boat is being raised or lowered. I also had composite decking installed adding about another 1000 to 1500 to project but am soooooo glad I did. I think I've had to pressure wash my decking twice in ten years, while my neighbors are forever staining, etc.

Waterfront Solutions was very prompt in meeting with us and giving us an estimate of work to be done.  Don and his employees were very professional, on time each day and cleaned up all debris. Even though the weather was often raining, they continued  to work and did an outstanding job.

It took about two weeks to get the lift in and start the work. The piling crew were knowledgeable and professional and the installation went without a hitch. The very next day the carpenter, jim, started and the dock is better than I expected and I am pickey .There was a short delay on the electric but that is because I had to have proper power to the site. within minutes of supply installation Bill hooked me up and wired it in. we had a minor problem with the remote but it was fixed within a day after it was discovered. By the way final payment had already been made. Yesterday I called and indicated that it was not level side to side, the crew showed up before 8AM, which is normal start time for this company, showed me the error of MY ways and all is perfect.
From supervision to the new helper assistants these people are fantastic to work with, knowledgeable and very professional.

They did an excellent job.

They only thing they had to come back for was to make the grass sod (that the equipment messes up) look better in a few places.  They did that with out any problems.

Work was completed on time. Quality was excellent. I have had no issues in the 2+ years since the installation.
