Work was performed on time and as promised.  The work was expensive, but reasonable given the part cost and labor involved to access the fuel pump location.  About 2 and a half months and around 3000 miles later, the vehicle developed a major leak at the fuel pump.  I immediately returned it to Ramsey's and they promptly took the truck in and found that the fuel line had come partially loose from the fuel pump.  After so much time, and more so after so many miles driven, it would have been arguable that the line was damaged from usage (road debris?) and not a faulty repair.  But the folks at Ramsey's made the repair at no cost, with no questions asked, and within a few hours of getting the vehicle. They even took the time to show me what they found by pulling like parts from the shelf.  Repairs don't always go perfectly...its refreshing to find a mechanic that values the customer's trust over short term profit in those instances.  I will continue taking my vehicles to Ramsey's.
