Island Mike's Tiki huts

I originally contacted Island Mike's for an estimate on an outdoor tiki hut/kitchen project. During that discussion I mentioned a higher-priority garage organization project that I was planning before I could start the kitchen. Jay asked if he could bid on that project as well. He was the first to reply with a complete estimate. While not the lowest price, his references and demonstrated craftsmanship got him the job. Jay and his team worked with me to design custom cabinets that met my unique requirements. They performed on time and on budget. In short, Island Mike's is so much more than Tiki Huts. extreme heat one minor area of thatching became worn. Jay made arrangements to come to my property within 2 days of our initial contact and not only did his work reflect his true craftsmanship, but he would not charge me. In lieu of a fee, Jay accepted a donation to his church where he serves as an international missionary volunteer. Island Mikes did a fantastic job in the repair of our Boat dock Tiki bar. Jason was the original designer and fabricator of our Tiki bar and thatched roof. Over the years weather events and wear caused some areas needing significant repair in the roof thatching. Jason provided exceptional service in the repair and viewed it as warranty work even though we offered to pay for the effort. The original work was actually done when the business was under different ownership. He stands by his products and services. I have seen descending reviews of this company and understand they were generated by competitors. The work Jason of Island Mike's has performed for us has been exceptional both in workmanship and obviously cost. His honesty as a businessman in this field is unrivaled. We did have a repair done previously by another supplier which was incomplete and deficient in some areas. I would highly recommend Jason and Island Mikes for any Tiki bar design, fabrication, assembly and/ or thatching needs you may have.
