Did a thorough job.

Very Honest! Had them out for Wind Mitigation in the past and they did an excellent job. Required complete roof replacement due to hurricane and they came back and inspected the work at no charge. Very impressed with their customer service A+.

Happy Homes was very prompt and professional. They explained the home inspection very carefully and gave me a binder with the inspection information and pictures. Then when I needed a re-inspection of the roof after Hurricane Matthew for a house closing, they came out promptly and did not charge me an additional fee. For anyone who thinks there are no companies out there who do what they say when they say they will....you need to look at Happy Homes! Thanks so much!

Inspection was performed by owner, Ken, and his two son's in laws.  Very professional and friendly customer service.  Knowledgeable and took the time to explain findings and required corrective actions.

The inspection process took about 2 hours, and every detail was handled meticulously. they were able to explain everything that they were looking at, as well as point out issues that may arise in the future. They are extremely knowledgeable and personable. Best quality inspection we have ever received!

We purchased the home and we believe things were over looked in the inspection that should of been found. I would say maybe my expectations were high. He was the most reasonably priced.

Solid information provided from the inspector. This is out second home they have done. Both times we have found issues after the report so they can't find everything so don't expect 100% from any inspector. Very professional and nice. We would use again.

Mr Jensen was very professional and answered all my questions completely to my satisfaction. I would definely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.

I always ask for Jeff and so should you. I have used them twice and recommended them on several occasions to friends and family. Jeff is always early, and takes his time. If you have a question, he will stop what he is doing and explain everything until you understand it.

They performed the iinspection on time, quality work, and very professional. Excellent report provided. Here is the amazing part. When they learned that my insurance rate would not be lower they declined payment. In this case they only charge if they can save you money. I even offered to pay half (after all, they did the inpsection and report) but they declined. This was not part of their advertising. Amazing. If I ever need a pre-sale or orther home/roof inspection they are the folks I'm calling.

Jeff was already there and working when I arrived. He did a complete home and termite inspection on a foreclosure
property that I was going to buy. After he finished his report he and I did a complete walk around of the property and he
pointed out problem areas. He was very professional and helpful. The only down side of his report is that it is a canned
format in his computer and he just adds comments on each area of the inspection.
All things considered, he did a very good job and his price was in line with what I payed for other inspections.

On time very professional. Jeff Jensen seemed very knowledgeable. Took the time to point out potential problems, etc.

In the process of trying to resolve these issues, Happy Homes was uncooperative, not even willing to refund the cost of the home inspection. My experience with them cost me most of one retirement account.
