There are numerous reasons why you should hire this company if you are looking for housecleaning services. I can recommend them strongly here without reservation -- not only were Daniel and Jordan courteous, affordable, efficient, and professional, but even more important, they were HONEST. They conduct their business dealings with integrity that is so very rare these days. I called Happy Green at the last minute before I was moving out of a rental home. I realized as I was getting the house ready for move-out that I simply wouldn't be able to get it done in time. When I spoke with Danny and told him that I needed him the next day, he did tell me that they usually book their appointments a week in advance but that he would look at the schedule to see if he could do some shifting and call me back. He called back within an hour and told me he could fit me in the next morning at 9 am despite not having a chance to do an estimate, which I happily agreed to. Danny and Jordan showed up promptly at nine, looked at the house, gave me an estimate, and got to work. After they had worked in the master bedroom and bath for about 45 minutes, Danny came to me and explained that given the extent of the job, he didn't think they could complete the job in the three hours his quote covered. I told him to do what he could in that time and he got back to work. A short while later, I was sitting outside with the folks who had come to help me move (including my mother) discussing whether it was going to be worth it to have DAnny and Jordan only there for 3 hours (in terms of whether the landlord would return my $1000 deposit), or whether I should pay for them to be there an extended time period and finish the job. Because the house windows were open, Danny overheard the conversation. He came outside and proceeded to truly amaze me. He asked if he could offer his opinion to my question and then informed me that he actually thought that I should stop the work at that point. He shared his experience with landlords and move-out cleanings, and based on how much needed to be done (I had let the house go because of a recent surgery), he told me that he didn't think the landlord would return my deposit either way. I really was dumbfounded that this young man was telling me this when I knew it meant that he would lose out on the full cost he had quoted me. What business does that? What business would not have finished the job regardless of whether it would be achieve the goal I was trying to achieve, taken my money, and never looked back. And honestly, I would not have complained had Danny done just that and the landlord hadn't returned my deposit. Instead, Danny demonstrated his high level of personal integrity. Even more, though they had been there for 2 hours, he only charged me $60 for the work they had done. Because of his honesty, my mom hired him on the spot and set up an appointment for him to come to her home and give her an estimate. Additionally, the work they had completed was immaculate. I never knew that my tiled shower grout could get that white and every surface Danny and Jordan had touched was sparkling -- WITHOUT any of the nasty chemical smell that so bothers me with regular chemical cleaners. After they had packed up to leave, Jordan handed me a gift bag with four large bottles of the cleaning solutions they make themselves! In such a buyers beware world we live in, Danny and Jordan are definitely a breath of fresh air (literally!)
