I had employed Green Wing to perform monthly spraying for insect control. I found that the spraying was not effective unless the spraying occurred in both the inside & outside of my house. They called me to confirm a monthly spraying, and I tell them I wanted to schedule the appointment early so I could let them inside. I had done this previously. They said the tech would contact me to arrange an appointment. The tech DID NOT contact me, and performed the spraying on the outside of my house only against my directions. I called the office and told them this was unacceptable, and I would not pay for that application. Them told me they'd take care of it. They didn't take care of it, and sent me a bill. I notified them that I WILL NOT pay. They continued to send me a bill and ultimately turned the $50 bill over to a collection company.

Our records show that treatment on January 7th was scheduled for interior and exterior service however at the time of service we were unable to treat the interior of the home. Our company policy is to treat interior as needed or upon request, since we were unable to treat the interior on the day we serviced the exterior of your home we would have been happy to come out again to service the interior of your home at no additional charge. Unfortunately we were unable to get back out to treat the interior of your home because service was cancelled the next day on January 8th. As far as payment goes our goal is to never send anyone to collections however after 3 attempts to reach you via phone with no response we were forced to use other methods for collecting payment. Please feel free to give us a call to further discuss. Thank You!"

Excellent. I called in the morning on a Tuesday and they penciled me in for Thursday. Within in an hour, they called me stating they had a cancellation and would be available for the inspection that day!!

They're my pest control company for the outdoors. I really can't tell you much about them. Their price is satisfactory. I don't know if I'll be able to do that or not, at my old house, they did a better problem there than here, but there could be some unknown problem.

The weed control people I've had, we have a fenced in yard and we have locks on our gates and a lot of times they just show up and I tell them you have got to call me ahead of time so I can unlock the back gate so that same day you can but a lot of time they forget to just come on out and they sprayed my front yard and I have to get them back out again to do the back yard.

Sometimes they are good and then sometimes I have to keep calling them out cause like they doesn't seem like they get all the weeds.
They're very nice, all the workers are very nice. The pest control has been very good, I've had no complaints about the pest control the only problems I've had is with the weed control.

Green Wing came immediately..thoroughly explained what they were doing, and gave instructions to help pesticides do their work.Green Wing sprayed both inside and outside. They came back a few days later to do a no-charge re-spray. The ants were gone in about ten days. Very pleased with results, and have contracted to have them come bi-monthy to have them spray the outside of base of house and spray the eaves. Their follow-up outside perimeter spraying was (9-19-16).

They come out every two months and spray. If anything comes up before then, they will make a special trip out to remedy the situation. i still see the occasional roach towards the end of the two months, but then they are right back out there to spray! works out great!

I am very happy. Before spraying, I would get so itchy I hated walking outside with my dogs. Now with only one spraying, I can go out and stay out. The fungus has all but disappeared, and the grass is already filling in, which is a surprise!!
The service providers were quite nice and listened intently.
They seemed to have quite a lot of knowledge and explained "my lawn situations" before moving forward. It is a small company, so this should be taken into account if someone wants next day service. I wanted results, so I didn't mind waiting a few days to have the spraying done. I believe that was more than fair.

The gentleman who came to spray my yard was very professional and did a thorough job. The man who came out to give me the estimate was also very professional. I only am using the outside pest control and spraying for now. TheHe answered my questions. Everything appeared to go very well. However, since it was the first time I've used the company, I'll have to see how my lawn looks over time.
