After doing some homework it was not a good choice for our home. Thin metal not ideal for Florida weather and to put a roof on an existing roof may not be insurable as the owner will “assure” you. Company gives you homes to go look at , definitely do before you sign.

Do NOT do any business with this company. They did not finish the job, even though they had been paid already. They do not answer calls or texts now. If I could give zero stars, I would.

"We completed the project as stated in our contract and the roof final inspection was passed by Brevard County. We do everything per FL code and as required by the County. The building in question was a completely different address and there was no contract in place for the work he was requesting to be done in which case we would not have been able to pull a permit. We contract all of our work and pull permits as required. If any questions arise regarding this, feel free to contact our office directly at 321-301-4512. Florida First Roofing."
