Overall getting the products went smoothly (except for the kitchen cabinets). The problem lies with the subcontractors he uses. Since you pay the subcontractors directly he has little to no control over them at all. When we did have a problem with one of the subcontractors he refers (Ron Cahoon of Cahoon's Flooring) Lewis doesn't take the problems seriously. We told him of the problem with how he was laying the tile and his lack of quality control and nothing was ever done. When we realize this subcontractor had siliconed the drains to our shower in, instead of properly screwing them in. We tried several times to contact "his subcontractor" who would not return phone call or text, we asked Lewis to get involved and he did nothing. In fact he actually called me with a customer in front of him, asking me to refer them to Ron Cahoon! When I said I would speak to them but not refer him, Lewis said he would call me back and never bothered. He knew we were uphappy with his sub yet he continues to refer him. To this day our problems with the flooring have not been addressed and we have had to pay someone to fix the subcontractors mistakes! Purchasing material goes well here but be careful who he refers for flooring.
