I called Firehouse since they had done my car windows a few years ago, not even knowing if they did home windows or not. I spoke with Nicole on the phone to find out what my options were and what information they needed for a quote and then I sent them the measurements for each window along with a photo to help. At the time the windows all had existing film that had bubbled badly and needed to be removed. Nicole was very prompt in getting back to me with a detailed quote and explained some options that could make a difference if I wanted to go lower. I ended up removing the old film myself which she removed from the quote and then suggested I come into the shop to select the shade of film I would like. I was able to see several examples of shades and the thicknesses which ended up changing my quote some but it was exactly what I wanted. She offered several payment options and scheduled the work for the following day. I received a call the morning of the work so I knew to expect him and Lee arrived right on time and got to work. He was extremely courteous and answered any questions I had about the process without hesitation. When he left at the end of the day it didn't look like he had even been here except for the tinting on the windows. His work was very tidy and he picked up any trash as he moved through the house. I would highly recommend them for any window tinting.

Nicole was my sole contact, which made it very easy to get exactly what I wanted with no confusion between the bean counters and the real workers. The graphics department worked a miracle with what I gave them. Best of all, I was not charged anything extra for the graphics work. I guess they have the cool the computer processing power to make the tiny graphic I sent them something that could be used for the sign. I put the order in, and can't wait to see the finished product!!
