I have had my guest room carpet replaced after a flood.  My master bedroom carpet was older and in terrible shape.  There were animal stains that I had tried to remove  making them deeper and more unsightly.  This carpet too had been damaged by flooding.  I had no great expectations but figured a cleaning would make me feel better until I could replace the carpet and...the price was right.
I called Carpet Craft on Wednesday and set up an appointment for Friday.  He arrived on time and I continued to do what I needed to do at home while he worked.
Upon completion he came out to show me the carpet.  I was shocked !  My carpet looks as good as the new carpet in the guest room.  I thought this is impossible as I have used other companies in the past and they just did a passable job.
This company has saved me a lot of money and work and given me back the pleasure of a  "new" carpet . 
I will use them again and highly recommend them.  If they could make this carpet like new they can do almost anything !  Thank you.

They were courteous and friendly, they went right to work.  It took an hour or two to clean the house.  They did an excellent job.  They got all stains out. They are very popular and it took some time to work around their schedule.

Very professional.  Particularly like their "dry" carpet cleaning - gets the job done without leaving a soaking wet carpet.

I first used CarpetCraft about 5 years ago - don't even remember how I found them. A quick phonecall supplied me with an estimate and a choice of dates for the services to be performed. They gave me a window of time and called to let me know exactly when they would arrive. They were friendly and worked very efficiently, completing the cleaning and returning furniture to original positions in about 2 hours. They were aware I have 2 cats and kept the doors closed as needed. There was no "wet" odor to the carpeting - only a very light citrus aroma, which disappeared in less than an hour.
