We assumed that the leak was coming from the roof, but Mark found that it was coming in through the opening where the cable was initially installed. He and a partner replaced two pieces of drywall and did all necessary repairs. The water heater was also very well done. He is extremely thoughtful and knowledgable. He is good at what he does, has a broad range of skills, and is very easy to work with. I trust him implicitly and feel comfortable having him in the house, even when I'm not there.
