He came out and assessed what needed to be done, agreed to do the job and has not been back to complete the project and we are counting on his completion to acquire a certificate of occupancy from Martin County. There really is only about 2 days of work left to complete the project, and now he said he needed more money from us. We have already spent $18,000.00 and have no problem paying for this job to be completed. He told us that we should never pay a contractor the full amount due until the project is completed and yet he will not complete the job and we are willing to pay for it to be done. He is not honoring his own word to us. We are very sorry to give this provider a negative report but we are left with no choice.
