From the first meeting through the delivery of the product, Bob kept in contact with us as he was ordering and purchasing, then building the new CPU. The finished CPU was delivered in a timely manner, and once delivered, Bob spent the necessary time to set it up, being sure we were comfortable with the product, and answering our questions. Also, he did not rush away, being sure we knew how he could be contacted for any further questions or problems, and making sure we understood what was included in his guarantee of his work. We are happy that we will have one year of tech support and hard drive support from Bob. The price for the work was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Bob built us a new CPU to replace our old one that had crashed, and was very old, plus loaded all of our old data onto the new system, so that none was lost!
