She was punctual, thorough and professional. We knew the piano was going to need a double tuning. She explained what she was going to do and how she was going to do it. The price was what was quoted. She did an excellent job.

We have a Wurlitzer upright piano. We purchased it in 2002 and it has only been tuned once many years ago.
It has gone through 2 moves.
I called Becky Beerensson and left a message. She returned my call quickly and I was able to get an appointment 2 days after I called her. She arrived exactly on time.
She got to work quickly and after a quick exam told me it would take 2 tunings because it was that much out of tune. She said it would take about 2.5 hours. We knew it was out of tune a lot because my husband plays the guitar and used his guitar tuner to determine how much even before Becky came over.
I liked her work because she totally concentrated on our piano....no chit chat. She found a manufacturers defect in one of the pegs and had the tools with her to work through it.
I had never seen a piano tuned before. She gave me a heads up that part of the tuning was to bang up and down the keys.
It did take 2.5 hours. She marked the defective peg with chalk so that when she is here the next time, she will know which one it is.
She offered to give us a call in 6 months to see if it needs another tuning.
She was hard-working, strictly business and very pleasant.
