Tammy was very easy to work with. Work done was flawless. Helped us save a few bucks along the way. Easy to contact and adapt what need to be done. Good problem solver. Would use again in a heartbeat. Also did my neighbors kitchen and they were happy.

Apollo's estimate was nowhere near the cheapest, but we chose them based on their promise of quality and attention to detail. We couldn't have been more excited to do business with them. Our initial conversations left us feeling confident the job would be done well. Unfortunately, in the end, we were left disappointed and frustrated. For someone entering the kitchen for the first time, it may pass a quick eye test. However, it wouldn't take much time at all to begin to see the lack of attention to detail that one would expect after making this kind of investment. Perhaps the most frustrating part of the process was the lack of concern and consideration for our satisfaction once the job began. I attempted communication on these matters during construction and on several occasions after, but they exerted no effort to amend these problems. We would have shown them more grace and patience if they would have shown at least some concern. Below are several examples of our dissatisfaction: - cabinets were not ordered correctly. Instead of reordering, they attempted to mask the error by installing them crooked. - contract includes painting, but they have not painted - toe kick is an inch short of the cabinet base - wood frame is left exposed - the back splash was installed at two different angles.

Started out elsewhere but quickly reverted back to Apollo K&B based on previous great experience during a kitchen remodel. What sets Apollo K&B apart from others is they are a one stop operation. Their new shop provides a fantastic venue for selecting everything required for a remodel from cabinets to hardware, no running around dealing with suppliers. Tammy provides an excellent source of expertise to aid design and selection. The success of Apollo K&B meant we had to wait for scheduling, but it was more than acceptable for our needs. As expected, the skilled workmanship of Larry, Larry and Mike was top notch with a truly beautiful finished product. Apollo K&B is a customer focused company that performs to the highest standards at a reasonable price point. We have trusted them with three different remodels and never been disappointed. Tammy and her team of tradesmen work with you to ensure a beautiful outcome. Note that these remodels were limited to one shower stall, three vanities, three sinks including rip-out and disposal.

Fantastic! Tammy and Larry are a wife/husband duo and do a fantastic job. They are super accommodating and a pleasure to work with! They have great personalities and I would highly recommend Apollo Kitchen and Bath. I would absolutely use them again! Larry is not afraid to tackle load-bearing walls and can think of multiple solutions to things that inevitably come up during a remodel. They kept the dust to a minimum and cleaned up well after every day. The remodel was done sooner than quoted and was very efficient. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and they were very accommodating. The work was all done to a high level of quality. We are very pleased with their work!

My kitchen is beautiful. Tammy was really great at helping get the right supplies telling me what works and what wouldn't work.Â
They are in the process of doing my bathroom now. Because I am on a timeline with my bathroom, Tammy has been very good at helping keep things moving. Donny and Alec are doing an excellent job moving plumbing, patching walls and the tiling is beautiful. I am changing my bathroom from an 1980's bath into a modern handicapped bathroom for my parents. I didn't know the bathroom would be so many more decisions than the kitchen, but Tammy helped me make decisions easier.
Both work crews (kitchen and bath) are honest, friendly and excellent craftsmen. I never worried about leaving them alone in my home for a minute.

As soon as the new cabinets were available work was started. Everything was completed in a week or so except the sink, plumbing and Granite. They arranged for us to use the full kitchen until the granite was installed. About a 2 week delay from the end of their work.
The work is now completed and the kitchen looks magnificent. Both are extremely pleased with the finished product. I Would certainly recommend Apollo to anyone thinking of a renovation

Apollo is the best remodeling contractor you'll find! They are cooperative, skillful and reasonably priced. They installed top quality hardwood cabinets, and granite counter tops. All materials and workmanship are excellent. Tammy's suggestions were very helpful in producing a wonderful finished product.

First, Tammy was a true professional that provided excellent service and ideas. Although we had an idea of what we already wanted for our kitchen, she still gave us some helpful insights on how to make the kitchen space look and work more efficiently. So collaborating ideas and freedom to make the choice without being strong-armed into the remodel was definitely a pleasing experienced. There definitely was no car-salesman approach to the business! Then her husband, Larry's team came and did a final assessment prior to beginning the demolition. Larry too was very professional as was his team of Larrys and Mikes (which also added some comedic aspect to the upcoming inconvenience of having to eat out until project completion). Nonetheless, they kept working through our endless questions and requests while providing us enough space to easily walk around the project area. Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen and would definitely refer Apollo Kitchen to our friends and family.

I am very happy with the results of the remodel in our condo. Tammy and group handled everything while I was away in Maine. It is nice to see it all come together. I appreciate that Tammy went out to make me happy. At one point during demo, some mold was found. I asked to treat with bleach but Tammy was so unhappy with the results that she put in new sheet rock for us out of her pocket ! How many people would do that? This showed that Apollo / Tammy is more concerned about quality than a few extra bucks.
Being away while condo remodel using email and pictures is a little stressful but with Tammy's help things went smoothly. I appreciate the fact that she went to the site to wait for appliances delivery.
Yes I would use Apollo again. I am not sure what the previous poster had for issues but I had no issues at all.

I initially called to get a recommendation for a person to call. Apollo had done work at both of my houses in the past. When I called Tammy said that they could do it the next day. Tammy made arrangements with my tennant. The workers were professional as always. All work was done in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves. The old tank was removed and disposed of.
I have always been more than pleased with the work done by Apollo.
I have recommended them many times.
I have found them to be accommodating, punctual, efficient, courteous, thorough - that's Why I use them.

We had a very positive experience working with Apollo Kitchens & Bath. I called for an estimate and left my name on the answering machine and Tammy called back in a timely response. She came to the house and I told her what I wanted and she understood exactly. I am not able to stand or walk well so I wanted a dressing table and two sinks and did not have a very long wall to accomplish the design I wanted. Tammy said they could fit it in and later brought a plan for me to see. It was perfect.  She also had great ideas that I did not know were available.
We were given an estimate and I decided to use them because Tammy understood the look I was going for and she is a delight to work with. I would also like to mention that the first estimate we got was for the whole job and they never changed the total cost.
Larry, Tammy's husband, was the contractor and made sure all subcontractors did an excellent job. He had the walls down quickly and the fun part began. Seeing the new walls go up and the tile being laid was a great experience. Then the cabinets came from the builder and I was over the moon. They were exactly as Tammy and I had designed.
If you use Apollo listen to Tammy and Larry when they make suggestions. They are up to date on new innovations in the market place. I knew exactly what I wanted but they gave me great guidance.
Working with extremely nice people who do what they say they will do at their quoted price is not all that common in this day and age. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the finished bath.
My husband and I would highly recommend Apollo. Even the inspector could not find anything to complain about. Just perfect!

BUYER BEWARE! SUB-PAR TILE INSTALLATION! The Tiler did not appear to have basic knowledge of proper tile installation due to numerous incompetent comments and exceedingly poor quality workmanship. When asked for an explanation of these inconsistencies was told they would be happy to remove the tiles and leave. I spared them the trouble of removing the tile and just asked them to leave.

"On April 22, 2015 I met with the homeowner to look at a shower that needed tiling. The shower had already been demoed and the wallboard and floor liner were installed. The owner had already purchased the tile so the proposal was for labor only. On April 23, the owner accepted the bid and the installer started on Monday, April 27 On Tuesday morning I had received a call from the homeowner stating that there were some issues. I told her that I would be right over to inspect the concerns. When the installer arrived prior to me the homeowner approached him and stated that he had some issues with uneven grout joints and stated that the floor should have been poured before the wall tile was installed. Unfortunately the discussion got heated before I arrived and when I tried to discuss and resolve the issue I was not accepted by the homeowner. When the installer volunteered to remove the installed tile, the owner declined and we were told that we had 5 minutes to pick up our tools and get off the property. Upon inspection grout joints were well within the industry standards for mass produced chain store tiles which tend to be irregular. As for pouring the floor the proper procedure is to pour the concrete after the wall tile is installed to insure a tight seal at the wall to floor joint. This can be found in a professional tile installation book. It is unfortunate that this incident occurred and we are concerned and sorry that we could not resolve this to the homeowner’s satisfaction."

Angie's List really let me down on this company. Do not use Apollo Kitchens. You will be sorry. They started 2 weeks later than promised. The first day we were told to meet the contractor at 7:30 am. He did not show. After I called, I was told this was rescheduled to 8:30 am. The third day, the contractor did not shut the valve properly when he disconnected my fridge. He flooded my bedroom. His story was it was a "faulty valve" and he charged us $600 for a new. Also did not want to take any responsibility for the flooding. We never had any problem with the valve previously. He eventually paid 1/2 of the floor. My husband and I had to remove the old floor and toe mold, buy the new and have it at the house. He installed it. We had to repaint all the baseboards and re caulk. The designer did not assist with lighting and it had to be redone 3 times. Plus the contractor charged 500 extra for led lights without saying there would be an extra fee. The cabinets were supposed to be white. They were installed white with brown bottoms. She would not work with me to replace them to get all white. When we wanted to buy factory matching paint she ordered us 156.00 paint that needed a paint sprayer process to be applied. The countertop company she used shows the seams which is not professional. The floor tile company did such a sub-par job on the grout it had to be regrouted. I wanted to get a backsplash but the same guy who did the floor would be doing the backsplash. I did not find that acceptable. The cabinet company is so poor quality over 9 of the doors had to be sent back, some of them twice. The contractor told my husband several times during the job he would prefer to walk off our job causing additional stress during the process. In summary, if you want a professional job - choose another company.

We are very demanding and expect good results when we hire a contractor. The Apollo Kitchen team did an exceptional job from concept to finish with outstanding results. Tammy did the layout and design. She was attentive of our ideas and incorporated them into the project plan. Larry and crew were prompt, courteous and very professional. They took care of everything needed to complete the project. We didn't need to do anything else when they were done. We lived in the house during this project and they cleaned up everyday and made sure the house was neat and safe for our 3 year old. The kitchen came out fabulous! The cabinets look awesome and Francisco did a great job with the granite fabrication wrapping the patterns so the grain appears to flow from the counter top right up the wall! Larry and Larry's attention to detail and their craftsmenship is top notch. They pointed out some flaws in our 50 year old house and made the required adjustments in order to have an impressive finished look. We are very happy with the finished project and highly recommend Apollo Kitchen & Bath!

We are very happy with the appearance and quality of the kitchen remodel. The Yorktowne cabinets and Cambria countertop are a wonderful improvement. The replacement of the outdated lighting really also updates the look. The quality of the work completed by Apollo and the subs was high.
We are surprised by the positive reviews. While the assistance with product selection and installation was very good the lack of project management and repeated missing of promised dates was very frustrating. There was a large time window for completion of the project so we weren't planning to push on the timing. The project still went up to our return and a little beyond.
Tammy was very helpful in the selection of product, styles and colors. She has a good good eye for design and color.
Our frustration came out of the repeated delays from the communicated dates. By the end of the project we quit believing any date Tammy would specify for something happening. We would mentally add at least 4 days on to reduce our frustration.

This was a huge job that took several months. I am a very particular customer. I had very specific design ideas that I wanted incorporated into this remodel. Tammy was just great at working with me to acheive exactly the look I wanted. Her husband Larry is a top notch contractor. Him and his crew were always ontime for work. They are neat and clean. They always did their best to leave everything tidy after each day of work. I really appreciated all of his accomadations that I required. I now have a kitchen that marvels my friends and neighbors! I actually joined angies list to look for a contractor for this job. Boy did that work, because that is where I found Appolo Kitchen and Bath. Based on their previous outstanding reviews, I contacted Tammy. After meeting with her, I knew this was the perfect match for me. I will definately use them in the future when I am ready to remodel bathrooms in my home. Thank you Tammy and Larry, and all your crew, for providing such wonderful service and making us so happy with the completed job!

Working with the Apollo Kitchen Team (Tammy, Larry, Larry, Francisco, Mike, and the electricians) was a pleasure from the start. Tammy was wonderful providing advice and saved us a potential screw-up with the cooktop. She consistently kept us informed of progress and plans. The two Larry?s are consummate craftsman, providing the cleanest rip-out imaginable and using great skill and ingenuity putting things back together. Our kitchen has a lot of angles which made things difficult. Francisco?s Stone Edge team did a fantastic job fabricating and installing the counter tops for a precision fit. Mike went above and beyond installing the backsplash tile. The electricians were skilled and efficient, restoring services as quickly as possible. In summary the job was completed well within budget, almost spot on to the original estimate (one always expects some cost growth on major projects), and ahead of schedule. We now have a ?bragging worthy? kitchen thanks to Apollo Kitchen.
