+ -1 moreVery first visit was maybe an hour and a half. She cleaned the floors after she vacuumed them with a floor vac. Since it was a cheap vac it picked up maybe 1/3 of any sand on the floor. I came home to find sand still on the floor, but it had been mopped around. bathrooms were wiped down with a rag and a spray cleaner. Shower and tubs the same. So, all of those products I was told I needed weren't ever touched. I thought maybe she brought something for the initial cleaning and would use my stuff the next visit. Never touched most of the products. Everything was always wiped down, but it never felt clean like when I cleaned it myself.
Description of Work: Promised an initial four hour deep cleaning with utilization of numerous products I went out and bought because I was told I had to provide them. Then every consecutive cleaning thereafter would be a good cleaning including very thoroughly washing floors and one room of baseboards wiped down.

+ -1 moreI understand that they are very professional BUT she spent more time telling me what they DON'T do than what they could do for me. I felt like I was the one being interviewed. I'm sure they're excellent but I really need someone who has a little flexibility.
Description of Work: I only interviewed the owner about coming to clean my condo. It's big and I just moved in so it's messy. We only walked around and talked.

+ -1 moreI am completely satisfied with the service and they have proven very reliable. The same person does my service all the time and the are competent, friendly and reliable. I will use them again in the future. I have used them for several years and have only had one price increase.
